type='text'>雪糕泡芙</title><content type='html'>&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;想整好耐 不過一直都冇整到&lt;br /&gt;今次都係第一次整&lt;br /&gt;細細個 one bite size 易入口&lt;br /&gt;諗住整custard 不過最後都係用左雪糕 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Puff&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;color:#3366ff;"&gt;低筋麵粉 70克 無鹽牛油 60克 水 100克 蛋 3隻&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法:&lt;br /&gt;1. 水和牛油放入鍋中加熱至沸騰。&lt;br /&gt;2. 將麵粉過篩，加入(1)拌勻，邊煮邊攪，直到成糰和無粒狀。&lt;br /&gt;3. 離火後繼續攪拌，分4-5次加入已打散的雞蛋，每次加入都要充份混合。&lt;br /&gt;4. 將麵糊裝入唧花袋中，唧出圓堆形。&lt;br /&gt;5. 入爐前於表面噴一層水。&lt;br /&gt;6. 以200℃焗15分鐘，再轉用170℃ 焗15分鐘。&lt;br /&gt;7. 焗好後直接在焗爐中待冷卻。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;&lt;a style="font-family:Arial;color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ff33;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;楊枝甘露布甸&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;color:#33cc00;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;芒果  4個&lt;br /&gt;芒果(切粒)  2個&lt;br /&gt;金柚  50g&lt;br /&gt;西米(已過冷河)  50g&lt;br /&gt;清水　150ｇ糖　　110ｇ&lt;br /&gt;淡忌廉  100g&lt;br /&gt;椰汁  100g&lt;br /&gt;魚膠粉  50ｇ&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法﹕&lt;br /&gt;1.    將4個芒果放入攪拌機打成醬茸備用。&lt;br /&gt;2.
