Chocolate Swiss Roll 朱古力瑞士卷
蛋糕材料:
雞蛋 2隻
低筋粉 50g
砂糖 50g
可可粉 2茶匙
菜油 1茶匙
牛奶 4茶匙
1. 雞蛋加糖攪拌。
2. 將粉類過篩加入(1)拌勻拌。
3. 加入菜油和牛奶攪拌均勻。
4. 以180°C,焗10-12分鐘。
巧克力奶油霜:
奶油 100g
砂糖 20g
朱古力漿 10g
1.牛油加砂糖打發。
2.加入朱古力漿拌勻。
