French Madeleines
正宗的Madeleines應該係貝殼形 今次整左心形
低筋麵粉 80g
砂粉 60g
牛油 70g.
雞蛋 2個.
泡打粉 1/4茶匙
檸檬汁 1/4茶匙.
Vanilla essence 少許
1. 雞蛋加砂糖打發,加入溶化牛油拌勻。
2. 加入已過篩的麵粉和泡打粉拌勻。
3. 將剩餘的材料,檸檬汁、vanilla essence攪拌均勻,倒入模中。
4. 以170°C,焗15-20分鐘。
