咸牛肉芝士批
酥皮 300g
咸牛肉(細) 1罐
切碎的洋蔥 半個
芝士 適量
油 適量
砂糖 適量
蛋 1隻
1. 爆香洋蔥,備用。
2. 加入咸牛肉和砂糖拌勻,待涼。
3. 將酥皮包入咸牛肉餡和芝士,塗上蛋液。
4. 以200°C,焗15分鐘。
