Sponge Cake 海綿蛋糕 -- 詳細過程照片



1. 海綿蛋糕成品
2. 砂糖+蛋黃打發
3. 加入牛油溶液、牛奶和雲呢拿油
4. 砂糖+蛋白打發
5. 已拌入蛋白的麵糊
6. 準備入爐
7. 已入爐15分鐘
8. 已入爐25分鐘
9. 蛋糕發起像小山丘
10. 倒扣
