芝士麻糬波波
木薯粉 227g
薯蓉 114g
菜油 4湯匙
蛋 1隻
parmesan cheese 25g
牛奶 125ml
1. 將木薯粉、薯蓉、菜油、蛋、芝士粉,全部撈勻,慢慢倒入牛奶,拌成麵糰。
2. 將軟麵糰搓成粒,排放入焗盤。
3 . 以175°C,焗20分鐘。
