楊枝甘露布甸



雖然天氣有點兒冷
難得給我看到有芒果賣 當然二話不說就買下來
用了這幾個芒果 弄了楊枝甘露布甸

既然是楊枝甘露布甸
餡料當然有芒果粒、金柚和西米

這布甸沒有用生雞蛋,可以安心吃
不用怕禽流感



楊枝甘露布甸

芒果 4個
芒果(切粒) 2個
金柚 50g
西米(已過冷河) 50g
清水 150g糖  110g
淡忌廉 100g
椰汁 100g
魚膠粉 50g

做法﹕
1. 將4個芒果放入攪拌機打成醬茸備用。
2. 清水+魚膠粉拌勻,加入砂糖座溶。
3. 加入淡忌廉、椰汁和芒果茸拌勻。
4. 再加入西米、金柚絲和芒果粒。
5. 倒入模中,冷藏至凝固。
