Warm Chocolate Pudding
砂糖 200g
牛油溶液 220g
麵粉 130g
雞蛋 8隻
蛋黃 2隻
朱古力 600g
1.用微波爐將朱古力”叮”溶,加入牛油溶液和砂糖拌勻,再”叮”至砂糖完全溶解。
2.雞蛋、蛋黃打勻後加入麵粉,之後再加入朱古力漿,放入雪柜雪3小時。
3.取出朱古力漿,倒入杯模。
4.以180°C,焗7-8分鐘。
