Blueberry Muffin
低筋麵粉 140g
砂糖 75g
蛋 1個
牛油 50g
牛奶 60ml
泡打粉 1小匙
藍莓 適量
1.低筋粉與泡打粉過篩,牛油打發。
2.蛋加入糖攪打,再將蛋液加入打發的牛油中。
3.加入牛奶與篩過的麵粉。
4.放入藍莓,倒入模中8-9分滿。
5.以170度,焗25分鐘。
