Greentea Mousse Cake 綠茶慕絲蛋糕
綠茶粉 10g
糖 45g
蛋黃 3隻
牛奶 100ml
魚膠粉 5g
水 15g
淡忌廉 300ml
蛋糕 1片
1.蛋黃加糖打發。
2.將牛奶逐少加入綠茶粉開溶,加入已打發的(1)內。
3.魚膠粉加水座溶。
4.將魚膠液拌進綠茶糊內。
5.打發忌廉,將已打發的忌廉拌入(4)。
6.將蛋糕放入模中,倒入mousse,雪至凝固。
